I would like to thank you in advance for hiring me and giving me the opportunity to represent you in your Real Estate transactions. Since we will be spending some time together, and I hope I have the pleasure of meeting your family, I thought you might like to know a little about me and mine..
This is my 20th year in the Santa Clarita Valley. I have lived in Valencia, Canyon Country, Castaic, and Santa Clarita. I am a single father of two wonderful children a 21 year old daughter, Shannon, and an 11 year old son, T.J. (Taylor James).
In addition to being a Real Estate Professional, I am a licensed airline transport pilot and certified flight instructor. I have flown most fixed wings from a Cessna 152 up to and including Lear Jets. I have worked in several fields: Restaurants, Hotels, Automotive, Technological, Construction, and Aviation. I have owned a successful corporation and I have been unemployed without a car and a house. I attended College of the Canyons, Santa Clarita's local Community College as well as Cal Poly Pomona. My educational background is in Math and Physics with emphasis in Business and Marketing.
My hobbies are flying airplanes, spending time with my kids, coaching baseball, softball and soccer, playing softball and golf, as well as boating, motorcycle riding, fishing, camping, scuba diving, enjoying a night on the town, and doing absolutely nothing As a family we enjoy playing in and around our home and neighborhood, motorcycle riding, going to a good movie, traveling, visiting the local shopping centers, sporting events, attending a local church, and simply have fun together.
I thoroughly enjoy helping others attain their goals and I absolutely love the Real Estate Profession. Therefore I am confident in saying, I will thoroughly enjoy helping you attain your Real Estate needs and I look forward to working with you.
